Roman and his team did a fantastic job restoring a heavily worn marble floor. They came and quoted a fair price. When time came to do the job arrived on time, worked neat and left everything looking immaculate. They did exactly the job they said they could do: The floor looks glistens and looks brand new. I would highly recommend them.

I needed an old flat roof replacing. It wasnt an easy job as it had alot of copper that had to be removed then put back once the new roof was in place. It was easy to schedule Oleg for a quote and he came when exactly the time he said he would. When he saw the roof he assured me it would be no problem for his team. He also suggested improving the roof slightly pitch to stop any future pooling. His guys came a few weeks later and worked hard all day in extremely hot weather to get the job done. They did an excellent job laying the new roof and reinstalled all of the copper perfectly. The job was completed just before the heavy July rainstorms and the new roof worked perfectly. I picked encore based up on their homestars reviews. They were quick to view and provide their quote was broadly competitive with other painters but their high homestars ratings were better. Greg the painter was punctual, worked neat and did an excellent job of both paint matching and preparing a difficult surface. The end result was perfect and I would highly recommend Encore.

On a Sunday with the ice storm/freezing weather our furnace stopped blowing heat. Called Martino HVAC and a they took details and a technician called me 5 minutes later. Listened to my explanation and said he'd visit within the hour. He arrived when he had promised, quickly found the problem and was able to make a temporary fix to get the furnace working until a new part (control board) can be ordered next week. House was getting warm again 2 hours after I had first called. Excellent service in horrendous weather. 5 stars.

I had a problem with a leaking broken sink trap. Anta responded quickly and efficiently. More importantly when a few days later I had a further problem with the way something had been done to repair that trap they were highly professional and immediately sent a second technician to resolve the problem. After sending an email with photos I was quickly assured they would be able to replace them (amazing given the very cold weather), along with a price. Francis arrived exactly when he said he would and worked diligently to repair the window and left the job site clean. I am very pleased with the work, it looks great. From the outset Chuck left me no doubt he would find and fix the leaks. He did exactly as promised and found and stopped them all. He took the time to show me each problem and leak he found, even returning a number of times as the weather improved to confirm he had found all of them. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them when i need to replace my other flat roofs.

Installation of chimney caps: they were confident they would help fix a serious draft problem and were right - it did. Very professional: Viewed the job, gave a price and did the work in a timely manner as agreed. (amazing they did such a great job in absolutely awful weather!) I called Waheed to in early summer to get ants nests sprayed and also to check for wasps nests around my property. Waheed was punctual polite and helpful. He checked out the whole house and yard and proposed a plan of spraying. He worked hard in very hot temperatures to ensure everywhere he thought was worth spraying was done. For days afterwards dead ants including carpenter ants appeared exactly where he had sprayed. I haven't seen a live ant or wasp since he sprayed 10 weeks ago! I would highly recommend him.

Maret visited that day, quoted a price, and time to do the job and assured me it would be done as promised in a couple of days ahead of us moving in. She was true to her word.
