I noticed some mold growing on a tube coming out near the AC coils. I had asked them to come and clean it out or change it. Phone service and scheduling was fantastic. Went downhill quickly after that. I made sure with the sales rep that they would clear out my hose and check the coils. When the technician came with his camera to check my coil his camera was low on battery. He spent some time sitting in his car waiting for it to charge. They charged me 135 plus tax but did not do the one thing I asked them to do which was change the hose and clean the outside AC unit. After I asked why they did nothing I was told that it was a 2 man job. I asked to speak with their manager (Andy I think) and when I did he told me he wasn't the right guy to help me but that he would find someone who could. Haven't heard from them since. Asked someone else to check and it was 50 bucks more but at least he changed my hose which took him all of 10 seconds. Martino is great at giving you information and selling you things but not so great when it comes to actually helping you out.
