Saw their ad and contacted LG. The called me and patiently walked me through the process and my options . They gave me time to think about it and we not pushy at all.. Once I agreed to purchase the heat pump, a date was set up and the appliances were installed. My concerns were listened to and solutions were found. Whenever I call / email LG, there is always a quick response, something I quite appreciate.

Preet and Jas arrived at the exact time that they said they would. Preet and I determined the best location for the heat pump. Then Preet and Jas got to work. They worked nonstop all day to complete the installation. Afterward, Preet explained the functioning of all the related equipment. All in all, I am very pleased with the whole install. Preet and Jas were outstanding technicians. I would definitely use LG Home Comfort for any of my HVAC needs.

Amir and his assistant were professional and efficient in installing my new heat pump, furnace and thermostat.

Ishmael was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly when here for quote. He was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of applying for government rebate .

It was a great service from my initial interaction with Ishmael to Abdul and Amir coming by to install the unit (both are incredibly professional). They got the job done and didnt cut corners or fleece me in any way. Very happy with the service provided!

Installation with Dan and Anthony was great. One day everything done and all cleaned up. The price we paid is before the Gov't rebate of $7,100.
The Carrier and Bryant products seem to work perfectly. Installation yesterday.

Furnace not working

Had an error code on my furnace with the light flashing with but my thermostat not working. LG Home comfort came the next day on a week and was able fix the issue quickly and provide some advice to ensure we don't have future issues.
