Installation was a breeze. The 3 gentlemens Joe/David and John were courteous, polite, professionals and most importantly clean and treated the installation as if it were their own. Installation went smooth and I appreciate their understanding and their professionalism.

Installed in January had to use space heaters for 2 or 3 weeks because it didnt work now air conditioner hasnt worked all summer 8 months of our 1 year warranty is up and it hasnt worked right yet

In July 2019, we purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Comfort Masters. We used this company because I grew up with the owner. When we moved in, the house came with older equipment (furnace from mid-nineties, AC from 1983), with no maintenance or serice calls required. Since this brand new install in 2019, we've already required 2 service calls.

When the one year mark came up for maintenance, I called and spoke to the receptionist about putting off the maintenance because of covid, we have a toddler, and are expecting a new baby. I explained that we didn't feel comfortable welcoming anyone into our home at the present time and that we'd have it done once covid restrictions lifted. She expressed that she understood and that she'd make a note of it in our file, but never once mentioned that this would void our warranty.

When we were 4 months overdue for the maintenance, we needed a service call when we discovered a significant puddle of water under and around the furnace. The HVAC technician had to come and unclog the drain (this technician was very kind and understanding). The lady on the phone told me the tech wouldn't have time to do maintenance, but he did say when he was here that the unit would be good until the next maintenance after what he'd done.

I contacted the owner to be sure that they would accept the 4 months over on the maintenance and I was told that it may void the warranty, but he would look into the warranty and dates. That was in November 2020. I followed up again in January 2021. Both times with no response. I just contacted him again recently (February 2022), to let him know that my husband and I were dissappointed in the lack of communication. Yet again, no response. The company is very accommodating and helpful until the installation is done, and they are down the road with your money.

We have been very impressed with Comfort Masters, right from the first contact with Rich, to follow up emails, to a site visit in which Rich was able to answer all of the questions that we had.
When we were ready to go ahead with the installation, I contacted Rich once more, and we had a time scheduled right away.
Technicians arrived on the day of the installation, and we went over the installation together in furnace room. Dave and Chris, worked very diligently, with very few breaks, and at the end of the day, (Which was a very long day for them), our new HVAC system was up and running. Many thanks to these three contacts that we have had at Comfort Masters.

I just had a fabulous experience with Comfort Masters. I have a cottage in Muskoka with an 18 year old furnace that was on its last legs. I met with Comfort Masters and they offered me a very competitive price and a quick installation date. Rich was very accommodating in setting it up and made this purchase easy. The installation team of Tom, Paul and Dave were fantastic. They showed up on time and did a very professional installation job and cleaned up before they left. Overall I was 100% satisfied and will use them when I need a new A/C unit next. I highly recommend them.

Went with Comfort Masters as Brian W, Sr. Comfort Advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions that I had. The Installation crew, Ali and Farhad came earlier than expected (which was great!) and worked quietly and diligently throughout the morning. The job was done smoothly and I was pleased with the expertise of the installation crew. Great job!

Our 20 year old furnace took a turn for the worst in the middle of winter. After several estimates Climate Air had super competitive pricing, great customer service, and experience. Quick turnaround time. Totally recommend this company!

Our furnace was red taged by another big service company in Peel doing our anual cleaning and inspection. They sent out their sales rep for a consultation. I found them expensive and got a second quote from Comfort Masters. They were able to give me the same package as the first quote almost $10,000 cheaper. Comfort Master got the job. The crew showed up on time and were knowledeable and finished installing the furnace and AC that day. They put mats down on the carpets to keep them clean and left the work are clean. They we able to route the pipe vents for the furnace in a good location that I liked as well. What a great job! I asked the installer to check the old furnace and show me what was wrong with it. He did, and said he couldnt see anything that would have caused a red tag being issued. If I had gotten a second opinion I might not have had to replace it.
