The gentlemen was very friendly and helpful. He came to service my AC at my urgent need in time. I am very satisfied with the work he did for me.

I bought a new Luxaire 2-1/2 ton air condtioner off of Nick 7 years ago and have had lots of problems with it freezing up. For the past two years it has been losing gas. I took a day off work and he had promised to come and never did show up. I called Reliance Home Care and they said that Nick had the coil in the furnace way too high. That is why is was freezing up. The coil should be six inches above the furnace to make sure that there is enough air flow. Nick would not move the coil and denied there was anything wrong with the air conditioner. After all of this aggravation with Nick. So i decided to buy a new air conditioner off up another company.
The installation was far superior to Nick's mediocre installation that was done seven years ago.

Said he repaired the condenser. When I asked what was wrong, couldn't give me a straight answer. Said he was there for two hours, but nobody saw him. Said he services the unit, but it had spider webs all over the face of it and a lot of dirt.

When I tried to ask him what he did, he got flustered on the phone and hung up on me.

I highly recommend this company. Nick was referred to me when our very old air conditioning stopped working. He explained all our options and showed me how he will install the new air conditioning complete with new lines, pipes, the warranty program etc. I can tell with his years of experience that he is the one to hire. He professionally installed our new air conditioning even correcting a wrong piping done by another company on our 4 year old furnace which added more hours in his work. We will certainly call him again. This time for our yearly furnace maintenance. Thank you!

We called Universal when our furnace died last year. Nick came on a weekend, explained what needed to be done, made recommendations and installed the furnace when it arrived. We were very pleased with the work he did. He also hooked us up with a consultant who tested our home for conservation of energy and applied for a number of government grants for us that we didn't know about. Later that year, Nick also installed a new air conditioner for us. This year we will have him install a new water heater. He is a very knowledgable and skilled tradesman and I highly recommend him.
