We recently used ParkAire to install a new AC unit and tankless hot water heater. Darren and Emma were easy to communicate with, he quoted a fair price, and his team did a great job on installation day. They were a breath of fresh air after dealing with some other HVAC companies. Recommended!
We contacted Klos Concepts to install several light fixtures and a ceiling fan light, plus junction boxes as needed. They were very responsive, customer-service oriented, and did a great job. We would use them again for future electrical needs.
We were happy with the stucco repairs provided by H&K Stucco. John was easy to reach and communicate with, provided us with a reasonable quote for the work to be done, and completed the work efficiently and promptly. We would recommend H&K Stucco to our friends.
This is the third time we've used WaterWorks and every time we've been very happy with the workmanship and customer service. Michael showed up on time, was friendly, did a great job with the installation and cleaned up afterwards. Natasha always makes it easy to book and calls ahead when the plumber is on his way. They're not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for. We'll be calling them again next time we need a plumber.

We were very happy with Aaron's work. He was on time, friendly, put on booties to protect our floors, and explained what had to be done clearly. He even caught a mistake made by the previous owner, which was worth the visit in itself (thanks Aaron). It was our second time using Waterworks and we would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Overall, we had a good experience with WaterWorks. The booking was easy, they sent a photo of the plumber to us an hour before he came, and Larry showed up on time as promised. He was courteous, efficient, wore booties, and we are happy with the work completed (snaked the drain and fixed the toilet in under an hour). Our only caveat is that they are quite expensive. We were told that an estimate couldn't be given in advance, but when Larry arrived, he simply just pulled out a binder and quoted us a standard rate for the toilet repair and to snake a drain. At that point, we just proceeded to get the work done even though it was much more than we expected.

Rob was friendly and showed up on time as promised. We were happy with the caulking work he did in the washroom and kitchen, however, the clean-up was not as thorough as we would have liked. My main issue was that David told us we could pay by credit card in response to my inquiry, but when it came time to pay after the work was completed, we were told that we couldn't use a credit card after all. Otherwise, we were happy with the quality of the work.

Fantastic experience! Gary responded to emails in a punctual and professional manner, provided us with a competitive estimate, and showed up on time as promised. He was courteous and completed the work ahead of schedule in less time than quoted (so we ended up paying less than expected - a nice bonus). Highly recommended! Alex and Stephanie did a great job from start to finish,from protecting the hardwood floors, to explaining the process, properly cleaning the duct work, and being super friendly and professional. Atlas threw in a free dryer vent cleaning which turned out to be critical when Alex found the dryer vent was so clogged that he had to take it apart to properly clean it out. They also identified a problem with the AC unit which needs attention and Stephanie took the time to help us understand the issue in more detail. The organic disinfectant was a nice touch too. It may have cost a little more than some of the duct cleaning companies out there, but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. We're very happy we decided to go with AtlasCare.Thanks again Alex and Stephanie!

From the first inquiries at The Floor Shop (Wicksteed location) through ordering, installation and follow up, the staff at The Floor Shop provided outstanding A++ service. Knowledgeable, friendly, on time, excellent quality of installation, great post-installation follow up. Highly recommended.
Solutions came out and did a test and troubleshoot and installed some new washroom exhaust fans, GFCI outlets, etc. Despite some scheduling hiccups, the actual work provided was thorough and the electricians were courteous and professional. We are happy with our decision to use Solutions and would use them again for any electrical needs in the future and recommend them to our friends.

We checked out Alliance based on the Homestars reviews and were pleased with both the price quoted and friendly service we received in the showroom and on quotation day. The cork floors (Torlys) were installed on the day promised, and looked beautiful upon installation. There were some minor issues that needed attention after installation, however, but we were very pleased that both Mike and Lehel came out and made a considerable effort following up to ensure that everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Alliance went the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and we recommend them highly!
