Highly recommended! Alex and Stephanie did a great job from start to finish,from protecting the hardwood floors, to explaining the process, properly cleaning the duct work, and being super friendly and professional. Atlas threw in a free dryer vent cleaning which turned out to be critical when Alex found the dryer vent was so clogged that he had to take it apart to properly clean it out. They also identified a problem with the AC unit which needs attention and Stephanie took the time to help us understand the issue in more detail. The organic disinfectant was a nice touch too. It may have cost a little more than some of the duct cleaning companies out there, but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny.
