Rob was friendly and showed up on time as promised. We were happy with the caulking work he did in the washroom and kitchen, however, the clean-up was not as thorough as we would have liked. My main issue was that David told us we could pay by credit card in response to my inquiry, but when it came time to pay after the work was completed, we were told that we couldn't use a credit card after all. Otherwise, we were happy with the quality of the work.

Hi Adrian, Thank you for the review. I apologize for the mix up. We just introduced the option to pay with Visa recently so it is a bit new. It looks like Robert may not have been aware of that. I would be happy to refund the cheque and offer the credit card option if you would like. Thank you
