The shutters were not ready to install on the original date scheduled. The ones on my doors are literally coming apart at the seams, and in the bedrooms, the slats are coming off of several of them

Hi I'm not sure who you are as your not using a real name. But if that was the case. You should of called us , as we take our service and warranty seriously!That's why we are still in business after 39 years ! A happy customer is our goal!
As for not being installed on the scheduled date, we book in advance so there would be no reason why they weren't ready.

Great warranty on their plants! 2 years on the plants and if they install them, 2 years on the workmanship too. You cannot beat that. Most places offer 1 year and for some trees, that is not enough time to know if they have implanted well.

Although I had little success with the trees that I purchased there, they were kind enough to send staff out to remove and retrieve the trees, bring me a credit for the trees and that made this unfortunate circumstance so much easier to deal with. Trees die. That is not their fault. I appreciated their help when they failed and the kids that they sent out were courteous and neat.

I needed my rental water tank replaced but the way the builder had set up my furnace, there was very little room to put in new pvc venting. The service men had to leave and they were going to send other techs in a week, and it was going to be very costly. A half hour later, they came back because they had come up with a plan as long as my husband could run out to home depot and buy a few things. Bada boom, bada bing! Done. Only cost was materials. Great guys.

I didn’t give an approximate cost because that would be very difficult to do since my work was done in segments and paid per segment, and because each individual job/home has its own individual price, but I will say I got every penny’s worth from Mario. He is conscientious and so painstakingly precise, anyone would be pleased with his service. His workmanship is like no other.

Dealing with easy flip, from the beginning to end, was an amazing experience. The technician, Mike, is courteous, reliable, and has an amazing work ethic. The office contact, Grace, is equally lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I had brand new garage doors put in just this summer and the company that I dealt with was horrific. When a vehicle ran into my garage and damaged two panels of my brand new doors, I was sick about it. I could not stand the thought of dealing with that company again so I went to Home stars and I found easy flip. I only wish I had found them sooner to do the initial install. They stuck to the quote, the workmanship is impeccable, and it is obvious that Mike loves what he does. He took the time to not just replace the panels but to clean my decorative hardware, lube the springs and check the tracks, and even program my door opener. He definitely went above and beyond what he was required to do. I really appreciated both Mike and grace, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I hired this company a few years back after extensive damage to my home from a terrible storm, and all of the products they used that are 10 years NEWER than my other aluminum, look 20 years older. The colour has faded and no longer matches my other aluminum. I am on Homestars now looking for a reputable company and my confidence is somewhat shaken when I see that they have decent reviews. I was not pleased in the least with either the product or my contact there. He seemed like a spoiled kid. Not a great experience.

Incredible service. Neat, informative. Got everythong working, clean and shiny. My fireplaces have never looked better. Awesome service man! Really friendly and beautifully rearranged embers, like an artist. I have never loved my fireplaces but he really amped uo the esthetics. Highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough about this company. They were prompt and efficient, honest and friendly. They arrived the same day, in the time frame in which they said they would arrive, and they found the problem right away. The service man, Dave. H., was a pleasure. I would not hesitate to use this company again and again and again!

Ilijas is knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and pleasant to deal with. He always makes himself available to assist in any matters, and if there is some resolution by remote connection that can be achieved, he will accomodate your schedule to assist you at a convenient time (not just 9 to 5 guy).

AMAZING. Good service at a good price. Trevor is very knowledgeble and he is pleasant to deal with. I will not purchase my televisions anywhere else, or have them installed by anyone but Trevor himself.

This is actually a shoe repair but he fixes anything leather. He restitched my leather throw pillows better and cheaper than any other store ever has, that advertises that to be their expertise. If it is leather, he can fix it!

I was able to purchase a beautiful travertine backsplash from Costco that was also available at other retailers, but at a third of the cost. It was not only more cost efficient, but you could return what was not used without incurring a restocking fee like some tile stores

The cement threshold under my sliding doors was broken allowing water to seep behind my stairs and into the basement. I had many people come out and quote. Most were as high as $5000 and included removing my doors and putting in solid limestone. Others said that they would only do the threshold if I paid them to do parging around the house. It was turning into a nightmare, until Kris came out. He did ONLY what had to be done, and he did it well. He reinforced, repoured, and sealed the threshold. He is an honest man.

these guys know everything! if they sell it, then you can depend on it. they think of things and offer up their advice readily. i was going to buy one specific fixture that looked beautiful and all i could see was its beauty. they were sure to let me know that it was a high maintenance fixture because of the style and the finish and helped me choose an equally beautiful but low maintenance sink fixture.

i called this store and they told me to go to aurora store for equipment. i went to aurora and purchased item on hold, but as i was going out the door, i realized the factory seal was not on the box so we opened the box and they said parts were missing. they called richmond hill and richmond hill store asked me to bring it to them to exchange because they had one after all. this means that i drove to aurora for nothing! i went to richmond hill and they said that they could not exchange it because aurora sold me something without a seal. i would have to drive back to aurora to return it. furthermore, it turns out that they did NOT have the item after all! bad day at best buy!

good from beginning to end. dealt with vince in sales. very knowledgeable and helpful. delivery came as scheduled. no surprises and the delivery men were equally as nice as vince. i really have nothing negative to say. having seen some other reviews, i was very nervous about going to tasco. i am glad i ignored them!

I ordered a Blanco sink. I have always ordered Blanco. The saleswoman told me that I would have it by Friday. I was still trying to reach her the following Tuesday, and she knew that I needed that sink asap. In fact, I only ordered it from her because she had told me that she would have it for me for Friday. Then, I rush there Tuesday afternoon to pick it up for my plumber, who then slices the entire side of his hand on the sink. He says to me " Why did you pay for a Blanco sink that is Made In China?" I was dumbfound. I had no idea that it was produced there, and I am wondering if all of Italy has moved its production to China.

Very knowledgeable. Parts/supplies available when promised. You can find everything from the vanity, to the shower head. The whole redo can be done in a one-stop shop. All of the employees have been there a long time, which speaks volumes of the way that they run their business.

Worst service, substandard furniture. Never comes when promised or as promised. Damaged and don't replace it. They want to repair brand new pieces instead of getting you the undamaged merchandise that you rightfully deserved. Who wants to wait months for damaged leather and have brand new things repaired? Salesman used to sell cars, so that should tell you how shady he is. Will not financially reimburse you a percentage for faulty furniture. And yes, most of their furniture is in fact Italian leather but the production is in China so the quality is not even close to what you might expect, and it is definitely not the quality that you are paying for! Don't do it. Even if some pieces look pretty in the showroom, just run the other way!
