Upon the initial sale of the unit you were provided with a Sales Contract that outlines the conditions in which will guarantee your 5 year warranty. The condition in which you do have to maintain your unit annually with Aire One in order to keep the warranty in tact. I apologize about the delay in response as this has just come to my attention. At our service department, we strive to provide excellent service and OEM approved parts for all makes and models. With your furnace being a Goodman unit, the travel costs to pick up the part from the Goodman depot and to install may have been a little more, but you will see that it still costs less than other companies out in the industry. As we specialize in York and Carrier models, Goodman parts are not readily available. We thank you again for the chance to service you. Perhaps the reason our technician showed up was a sub-contractor and he brought an apprentice with him was because there were some complications with your equipment and home which may cause you more anxiety if you were informed. We are confident that our technicians are well trained and would go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the job be done according to our high standards. As the case may be, you had more people working to service and please you than usual.
