Air One replaced the furnace with a top of the line Lennox and Air Conditioner. Generally it has been working fine, however I keep having an error msg on the thermostat (which was also purchased from Air One and top of the line). I have called Air One and they say that nothing is wrong and that they don't know where there is an error. I have to admit, everything is working fine, however should there really be an error msg? They also said that the product was so new, that they did not have the expertise on it. So why sell something you don't know anything about. Warranty is only extended if you purchase their annual maintenance which is around $230 per year.

Great experience. Sales person was not too pushy and the key was that he did not talk badly about his competitors, which I cannot say is true about other organizations I dealt with. Everyone says they have the best windows, but through hours of research, there really is not too much of a difference. Key is warranty. Back to the sales person....was not pushy, but followed up. Installer was fantastic... he showed up exactly on time and was short one guy which he told me up front. He busted his butt and got all 10 installed in one day. Very clean job. I would and have recommended these guys already.

Brandon was very responsive. Arrived to provide an estimate on the day that he said he was going to. I agreed to the work and it was done within 5 days. I paid a bit extra for the premium service, but he took pictures of before and after. I am very satisfied with this company. Oh, by the way, they also fixed a shingle for no extra cost!

We recently purchase 2 new valor 3 fireplaces. Went to numerous places in Toronto and Scarborough and ended up at Toronto Home Comforts. The sales person was very knowledgable and polite and his team came exactly then they said they would. The install was clean and I have had no issues. Based on my experience, i would recommend them.

During the my energy audit, we replaced our old furnace and water air conditioner with new Lennox top of the line system from Aire One. The install went well and everything has been up and running great. They were able to handle all of the paper work for my energy audit as well, which was a plus. My only comment is that although my system runs great, I do get an error on my top of the line thermostat which Aire One has been unable to figure out or fix. They assure me that nothing is wrong. That may be the case, but when you spend for top of the line, having the thermostat say there is an error is a bit annoying.

They did a good job insulating, however I thought their cleanup work could have been a bit better. My house looked like swiss cheese when they were done (which was expected), but the hole repairs were not really done well and I had to redo them myself before repainting.

They did a great job. Explained everything they were going to do and were very timely. They even got me up to the roof to check things out. I would highly recommend this company.
