Air One replaced the furnace with a top of the line Lennox and Air Conditioner. Generally it has been working fine, however I keep having an error msg on the thermostat (which was also purchased from Air One and top of the line). I have called Air One and they say that nothing is wrong and that they don't know where there is an error. I have to admit, everything is working fine, however should there really be an error msg? They also said that the product was so new, that they did not have the expertise on it. So why sell something you don't know anything about. Warranty is only extended if you purchase their annual maintenance which is around $230 per year.
