My dining and living room had not been painted for a number of years and had cracks in the stucco ceiling and walls. I contacted the English Painter and they came soon after to give me an estimate and discuss the repairs. I agreed to the work and was impressed with the professional manner in which it was done. They arrived on time moved what furniture and curtains that needed to be moved. Painting included a metal railing, a closet, walls and trim. They completed the work when they said they would and did a great job at repairing the cracks. I would definitely hire them again.

My water shut off valve for the house was very old and very difficult to move and my shut off valve for the hose outside was also very difficult to turn. Jeff came during the scheduled time and did the work cleanly and efficiently giving me ball valves in both spots which will make using these much easier. I am very satisfied with his work. This is the second time I have used his company the first was to replace two very old toilets. The new Toto toilets are great.

“At Lifestyle, we proudly stand behind our products. We take care of each project from start to finish for a quality and worry free installation.” This quote from Lifestyle does not represent my recent experience. The door installation was done June 6 and I immediately noticed scratches on the screen door handle as well as scratches on the door itself. I was also not happy with the plastic tab to hold the door open. I contacted the company and to date (October) the work has not been fully completed. The technician who came and assessed the situation came back with replacement handles and no paint to fix the scratches on the door. I have had other work done by this company in the past and if there were problems they could be reached, they responded to messages and fixed the problems. The new normal is now leave many messages and if you are lucky someone may get back to you but that does not mean anything will be done. Sad to say that the one remaining window I have left to do will not be done by this company. The quality control has gone down and customer service is a thing of the past.

My laundry room faucet was leaking around the base. Jesse suggested replacement was the best solution. He had exactly what was needed in his truck (wall mounted brass faucet). He was courteous, did the work efficiently and cleanly.

The toilet was making a hissing sound and did not completely stop flushing. Brian did a toilet rebuild. The work was done cleanly, efficiently and relatively quickly he also took time to answer some other plumbing questions.

I had my driveway paved May 2016 and I chose their standard package. This was a mistake it has a 1 year warranty and it has now started to crack on the sides. I called the company and was told someone would contact me to make an appointment with the owner. I have not heard back from the company. I am disappointed with the product and the customer service.

I emailed AAA Gates to make an appointment and within a matter of minutes after hitting send I received a call from the company to set up an appointment. I had sent the email on Sunday after discovering a hole in my carport roof. The appointment was set for Tuesday. Boris arrived and went up on the roof to get a better picture of the situation. He then wrote up a quote which included areas that required fixing and suggested prevention. We went through the printed estimate and I decided to do just the required work which included putting a door over the whole to allow any creatures to exit but not be able to return. This was left on for almost two days. Boris did some of the work while I was home and some while I was not. He left a note for me when he was done. Only time will tell if this will keep the raccoons from further damaging my roof for now the damage they had done is sealed.

My experience started on a positive note when I met with Patrick to discuss the work needing to be done and remained that way through to the end of the project. Patrick kept the price close to the estimated cost when the project had to be changed. I had several different jobs that needed to be done all of which were handled efficiently by Dragos (From caulking to removing paneling to dry walling to name a few). When the project changed we were able to discuss it and then he expertly carried out the work. Any problems were quickly taken care of. It is refreshing to deal with a company that returns calls in a timely manner, does a good job within the allotted time and has staff that are easy to work with. I have dealt with other companies that have promised quality work and not delivered it. It is not the case with this company, they deliver!
