I emailed AAA Gates to make an appointment and within a matter of minutes after hitting send I received a call from the company to set up an appointment. I had sent the email on Sunday after discovering a hole in my carport roof. The appointment was set for Tuesday. Boris arrived and went up on the roof to get a better picture of the situation. He then wrote up a quote which included areas that required fixing and suggested prevention. We went through the printed estimate and I decided to do just the required work which included putting a door over the whole to allow any creatures to exit but not be able to return. This was left on for almost two days. Boris did some of the work while I was home and some while I was not. He left a note for me when he was done. Only time will tell if this will keep the raccoons from further damaging my roof for now the damage they had done is sealed.

I also like the fact that you mentioned Boris explained the options of paying for just the required work to solve the problem and the suggested prevention for a long term solution. We understand that some of our customers may just want the animals removed and may not want the option of animal proofing.
