The person that answered the phone was quote apprupt/rude but the technician that came was nice. Did not like how the original quote given changed with out the technician telling the owner first, as a owner I like to budget and have choices. Later one of the issues that I pointed out to the technician was an issue again so I call them back on the same day and the person that answered the phone indicted its a new charge becuase its different from the original request. Very dissapointning

Your initial call was in regards to a non-working boiler. Our technician came in due time as promised and fixed the initial problem of the non-working boiler. Your brother than called the office again stating that the pipes were leaking. Your brother claimed that the reason for the leaking pipes was due to our work. Our technician went out again, and there were no leaking pipes at all, but another underlying issue with TPR valve (which has nothing to do with our work completed earlier). Our technician advised you to fix this valve, however you did not agree to do so. This was the end of our business relationship with you.
This rating you gave our company has nothing to do with the service and the quality of work we provided to you. We would greatly appreciate your honest feedback in the future if you decide to use our services again.
