Hey, wanted to write a review about the Eavestrough Company. It was a really good experience and we're happy in the end, but it wasn't without a few challenges. What I liked about the company was they were honest, they were able to resolve the situation and I'm very glad I stuck with them because the finished product was very well done. The good: Wendall and Tracy were great from coming out to provide a quote with no pressure, Wendall took time to explain everything that was going on with my old eavestrough (we had a tear, downspouts were busted open, pin's loose on the uppers) basically leaving my old eaves in really bad shape. I really felt comfortable and Wendall was very knowledgeable. I had one quote from another company way higher then Wendall which kind of put me off the industry in general. Tracy and I were on daily communication to get the eavestrough installation date. The hard part is the weather - they warned me up front that weather could push out the date and it turned out the weather wasn't the issue. The bad: I had 4 scheduled appointments. The first one the installer looked at the job and backed out - I never saw him at the house and Tracy let me know there was an issue. They put a different crew on my house and 2 no shows had me ready to pack my bags (and most folks give 3 tries which we did here). I had a phone conversation with Wendall and afterwards thought about it and we would give them a 4th try. I'm so glad I did because not only were they quick and efficient working on my house (originally a 1.5 day job) they got it done in a day, they cleaned up everything after them and my eavestrough never looked better. They also colour matched the house perfectly (and it's a hard colour to match). Overall - a really good experience - I would highly recommend them and there were a few bumps in the road but they overcame them with honesty, transparency and a really awesome looking job! Thanks!

Last year I had quoted around many different companies and salesman Adam quoted me - he wasn't the cheapest, but he offered me a unique option for my front door (I had a very small sidelight glass and he said why not put in a larger 42" front door - being in a townhouse complex - this offered a different look compared to all my neighbours). I decided to hold off at the time - I phoned him up this year and he came over - showed me some different options and there was no pressure, he answered all my questions, showed me pictures and was very patient. This past week I had installer Ryan & TJ out to install the windows and door. Both were very professional, and took pride in their work at every step of the way. I could not be any happier with the job they performed, making sure everything was done absolutely perfectly along the way. The front door is absolutely spectacular and the entire process from start to finish was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Clera and kudos to both Adam and Ryan.

I called Richard on a Sunday and by Tuesday he was at my house installing my brand new Ruud furnace. The furnace was installed professionally and quickly. At each step of the way Richard was more than happy to explain what he was doing as well as showing his work. You could definitely tell he takes pride in what he does. I would definitely recommend Richard to anyone needing a new furnace. It's also nice to know you're supporting a little guy compared to some other companies out there who subcontract.

I had Zenic and his employees come over and top up an old townhouse to > R50. It barely had any insulation up top to begin with and it was due to be brought up to today's standards. Zenic and co were very timely, explained everything to be done and cleaned up everything to a point you wouldn't even know they were here. This is the second property I've had Zenic insulate - I would highly recommend his services.

Michael was extremely responsive, he came over and gave us a quote - explained what he was going to do in a very timely fashion. He gave us a date and even with the weather in April was able to slot us in and give us amazing service. He removed the old caulking, put backer rod insulation and then applied a beautiful bead of caulk. He did such an awesome job on our house, my neighbour decided to go ahead and replace the caulking on their house also. I would definitely recommend using Michael. I also can't believe the difference the new caulking has made to our second story and efficiency of our furnace. In the past, our furnace would turn on every 5 minutes when the weather was cold. Now I hardly even hear the furnace come on when the weather is cold outside. Also, our upstairs bedroom is generally as a rule, 2 degrees cooler compared to the rest of the house. The new caulking has made our room much warmer (now, the same temperature). I'm really looking forward to the reduced electricity bills. Kudos to Michael and Team - definitely recommend this excellent company.

We had our ducts cleaned in February by professional duct cleaning specialists. They were on time, answered all the questions I had regarding the service. They also fixed on of our ducts which was no longer working properly (it was fallen off and not blowing air properly). Thanks for the great work.

We had our roof replaced in 2010 by professional roofers. They were timely, efficient, clean and we've been very happy. We had a leak in our kitchen and they came in, diagnosed the issue, gave us options and we decided to replace our roof. We haven't had any issues since so want to say thanks for the great job.
