I am so impressed with the customer service. Our 20 year old screen door was not closing properly. We thought a new door handle was needed. I was connected to Jim (who has helped me in the past) and, after asking a number of questions to get a better understanding of the problem, he told me how to fix it, eliminating the need and cost of a service call. I was referred to Eco Comfort Installation by a satisfied customer. I, too, was impressed with their prompt, professional and efficient service. Very pleased with the care taken throughout the installation process.

This is a company that touts awards on its website, sends their “best” service technician who then FAILED TO TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO PROPERLY PROTECT THE AREA AROUND THE SINK FROM OVER-SPRAY. As a result, the bathroom cupboards, floor tiles, back splash and toilet were sprayed with paint. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect such collateral damage. We spent 5 hours in an effort to remove the over-spray. Traces of the over-spray remain to this day on the surfaces of the cupboards. The job was botched. Compensation of $25 for the damage done – unacceptable and an insult.

We are impressed with the overall professionalism of the company and its staff. With respect to the crew (Mark and Marvin) who did the job, they arrived promptly in the morning, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and took the time to show me what they had done.

As a repeat customer for different roofs, I can honestly say Luc’s Roofing is outstanding for excellence in service and customer care. Ben is an absolute pleasure to deal with. His crew are professional, courteous and polite. A powerful wind storm necessitated a new roof. Ben responded promptly to my call for help, took photos of my roof so that I could see the full extent of the problem that was not visible from the ground, provided me with colour samples of the shingles for my new roof, took precautions to protect the artificial turf on my front lawn, ensured all aspects of the roof were done properly and kept me fully informed and updated throughout the project. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Luc’s Roofing for all your roofing needs.

The caulking around our bathtub needed to be redone - where the tub meets the wall, where the wall meets the ceiling, and where the tub meets the floor . I was insistent that the finished look be smooth, even and neat. Robert was our service technician and did a fabulous job!
