Pinnacle 1 Decorative Doors

I have one of those double entrance doors with wrought iron design, unfortunately my son accidentally broke the inner glass of one of the door. After calling up numerous glass and door companies to get this repair, no one wanted to just replace the broken glass, they wanted me to by new design for both doors. i like the desing i have and just didnt want to get rid of it. I continued calling around and found John from Pinnacle 1Decorative Glass and with just a 2 min conversation, he assured me that the glass could be replaced, he came out the same day, took out the glass and replace it with a temporary glass, came back 3 days later with my repaired glass. very professional and informed about his business. Our experience with the purchase and installation of our front door decorative glass was smooth from start to finish. John came with his van to our home and showed us full-sized samples of both stained and wrought iron glass and was very patient as we chose our favourite. He came to install it and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL both from inside the house and from the streetview. It allows more light to enter our foyer and brightens up the whole main floor. Not much to tell. John was recommended through another trade. Came to the house on date arranged, showed us samples - approx. 1 week to 10 days for the glass. He came in less than 10 days, inserted the glass and the door looks fantastic. Would definitely use John again.

Dealing with John was great! I heard from the next day, and we set up an appointment to see the glass options he had available. He showed us a few he had with him, and we chose one from there. Our next door neighbours were observing and chose a pair of inserts for the front doors as well. John was very helpful! We chose a very unique look, and John guaranteed that he would not install the same inserts in our neighborhood. He said he did that for all his clients. This was a huge relief to us, as we wanted a unique look, and not one you see on everyones doors. We ordered an oval window insert and a full length door insert. John estimated about 2 - 21/2 weeks to delivery. We love our new entranceway...stained glass insert and matching side light. John did a wonderful job. He was professional, very quick and very reasonable. After pricing similar products elsewhere, we decided to go with Pinnacle 1 because the selection was good as well as the quality and price. My wife and I recently moved into our new home and started shopping around for decorative glass inserts for our main entrance. We did the usual and got quotes from Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.
Then one day we received a flyer from Pinnacle 1. So, I went on HomeStars, read some reviews and everything I read was very positive. So, I called Pinnacle, spoke with John and he came out the very next day to show us some samples and provide us with a quote. The work was completed yesterday, by John, and it looks great. We had both inserts on the doors done as well as the transom above. Yes, we probably paid a little more by using Pinnacle 1 but we're ok with that because we got a quality product made in Canada verses something that was made overseas.
I would have no problem at all recommending John to friends and family or using him again if needed in the future.
