John, of Pinnacle 1 Decorative Glass, came to our home and showed us the products we could consider for our project. We were very impressed with the product and John's business approach. We ordered an oval window insert and a full length door insert. John estimated about 2 - 21/2 weeks to delivery. Right on schedule he called to say they were ready and the next day he arrived to install the finished product. We love the inserts and the overall look we have achieved. John has been a pleasure to deal with, offering good advice on products and design, being prompt and on time for all appointments. No waiting around all day for someone to show up!
