I made contact with John from Pinnacle Glass when he was in my development at a neighbour's house. He came over to give me an estimate and show me samples of inserts. I found John pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to advise on suitable inserts for my situation in terms of appropriate design and has a good eye and good taste. In terms of service, John quoted promptly, said the insert would be ready in two weeks and arrived on schedule. The work was undertaken quickly and efficiently with minimal mess and with attention to detail. I love my new insert and wish I had done it several years ago.
