I made contact with John from Pinnacle Glass when he was in my development at a neighbour's house. He came over to give me an estimate and show me samples of inserts. I found John pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to advise on suitable inserts for my situation in terms of appropriate design and has a good eye and good taste.
