John was professional and friendly. He worked hard to carefully take out and re-install a new decorative transom above our front door. Very pleased with the appearance of the window and the careful attention to re-applying the caulking around the window. Great job.

First of all, John was great. We had been thinking of replacing the window on our door and upon calling John we were able to set up a meeting quickly. John came with a number of samples and in no time we found the ideal window. John did not use any pressure tactics at all. We were presented options that we had not even considered and ended opting for a larger window. Window was ready in a little over a week and John came out on a Sunday to install. I wanted to sand down the lip created from original paint and John suggested I sand the entire door while it was off and without a window. I thought that was pretty impresive. Waiting for me to sand both sides of my door on a Sunday afternoon. When all was done the window looks fantastic and we are very happy with how it turned out. Will definitely be using Pinnacle1 again in the future.

I wouldn't be wrong in calling John a "perfectionist" who pays attention to details. Though he agrees that he is not the cheapest out there however, provides the best material and after sales service. Has done a great job with my door. Great work !

I had been intending on putting a front door insert onto my new home but just never got around to getting anyone out to quote. I got home from work one day to find a flyer on the door for Pinnacle and called immediately. John was out within an hour of my call with a truck full of samples and catalogs. He was professional and knowledgeble and though he wasn't "cheap", he explained that his product was superior in quality to some competitors made overseas. I custom ordered exactly what I wanted and true to his word, it was done and installed within 3 weeks. It looks wonderful!

John - came to the house brought terrific samples (which we didn't expect), he was excellent & patient in helping us pick the right insert. Delivery of the insert was as promised and it took him less than 1 hour to do the job. He left the work area clean and the door looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend him!

We decided to change our door inserts and went with Pinnacle. John brought some inserts to our house and was excellent in helping us decide on which inserst to choose. He also installed the inserts and was very professional and even suggested the colour that we should paint our door to enhance the inserts.
