Dealing with John was great! I heard from the next day, and we set up an appointment to see the glass options he had available. He showed us a few he had with him, and we chose one from there. Our next door neighbours were observing and chose a pair of inserts for the front doors as well. John was very helpful! We chose a very unique look, and John guaranteed that he would not install the same inserts in our neighborhood. He said he did that for all his clients. This was a huge relief to us, as we wanted a unique look, and not one you see on everyones doors. John installed our glass two weeks later, and all our neighbours came out to see, and began looking through his catalogue. John was wonderful to deal with, punctual, and reliable. We are so happy with the look of our front entrance. It is truly transformed. Thank you John and we will without a doubt recommend you to our friends and family.

Mike was amazing. I contacted him on Monday, he called me the very next day, and was at our house on Wednesday. He measured all our windows and brought different shutters for us to look at. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us stay within our budget. Our shutters were ready in less than two weeks, and Mike came to install them hours before he left for vacation, so we would not have to wait another week. He installed them flawlessly and quickly. There was no mess and the shutters look beautiful and have kept the house cool during this summer. We have received countless compliments on them and they gave the house the finished pristine look we were looking for.
