These folks were recommended to me by a friend. They did what they said and at the cost quoted. Very professional Boiler Installation and they took the time to tell me what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Great customer service, prompt and professional technicians. I used Novel care first for my ductless Air conditioner install, most recently for a combi boiler install, and some service in between. Very pleased with the quality products they supply and the quality of service. Prices are good and commensurate with their quality. They have become my go-to; would definitely recommend.

This was a assessment and replacement of boiler and water heaters for insurance purposes. I was very impressed by Andy’s attention to detail and especially the time he took afterwards to explain the results to me face to face. Along the way he answered my several questions about pros and cons of replacement timing and category of product. Down to earth, honest, and reassuring and excellent workmanship.

After contacting another company who left us with a ridiculously high quote and the likelihood of being without heat for a few days we reached out to NovelCare who very quickly worked with us to sort out the problem for a much more realistic boiler price and talked us through everything. The technician were very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. We are so appreciative and will for sure be coming back to them for anything else we need in the future.

They were able to come fix our boiler the same day I called. The service person showed up on time and was polite & professional. After explaining to me exactly what the problem was, he presented three different (and reasonably priced) options and was able to finish fixing everything within an hour. When he was finished he walked me through everything he did and demonstrated that it was working properly. We've called Nobel care several times now (including to replace our hot water tank) and the service is top-notch every time.

One of our ductless heat pump quit and we decided to have both ductless and tankless hot water heater replaced. Peter and Ray did a wonderful job. They worked very hard over 2 days and we are very satisfied with the job they did. It looks great and functioning perfectly. The installers were clean, quiet and meticulous in the work they did. Would recommend Ductless Air any time.

So I always have this belief that you should support the small businesses. I own a small business myself. And sure Novelcare didn’t disappoint. Andy was really great. You can always tell when someone is going above and beyond trying to help you out. He identified the problems with my boiler and set me up for the fix as soon as he can. Nothing is fixed up yet but I am positive once we get the parts everything will work just fine. Will update my review as well.

Our boiler went down recently. We had Novel care come out and quote a replacement and based upon our experience with them gave them our business. Every one was a pleasure to deal with from Anthony to the people in the office to the installers, The work was done quickly and well. Time was taken to ensure that we were completely satisfied and that we understood all of our options and how the equipment worked. It was clear that our satisfaction was paramount. It was genuine pleasure and I would have no hesitation in recommending them completely.

This is the second time I have used NovelCare and again, I couldn't be happier with their service. I am not sure where their fees align with other heating companies, but both times they've come to my house, the staff has been exceptional!

Last night my boiler broke down at midnight (because these things just don't happen at 10am) and I immediately called Novel care . The staff (I think Jeremy was his name) was clearly sleeping when I called, but was more than happy to jump out of bed and help my family. He was very clear on the pricing, and told me he would arrive within an hour.

He got to my house in good time, and went right to work. He fixed the issue and also tinkered with a few things that could cause issues in the future. He was extremely friendly, professional and trustworthy.

I know next to nothing about boilers so I rely heavily on trust. Both times I've had NovelCare come to my house, I have just felt like I could really trust the staff and their expertise. That, to me, has been the big difference with NovelCare , and why I will continue to choose them! In fact they will have my ductless business as well in the summer!Fantastic experience

The people I spoke to in the office were very pleasant and acknowledged my questions as intelligent and answered them clearly. They gave a good description of what the service call might entail and what it would cost. I was very happy with the rates.
Rick came promptly and was very knowledgeable. He gave us sound advice that corroborated information we already had. He helped us understand the advantages of a new boiler system and had comparable information that we can check out. Service plans were explained and I felt he had some great experience behind his advice. I appreciated his respectfulness and that he took off his shoes when entering our home. I would recommend this company to friends. He also explained their thirty day offer if we chose a new boiler. He explained each step of his service and overall he represented the company and the industry very well. Now we have heat again!! Thanks ?
