This is the second time I have used NovelCare and again, I couldn't be happier with their service. I am not sure where their fees align with other heating companies, but both times they've come to my house, the staff has been exceptional! Last night my boiler broke down at midnight (because these things just don't happen at 10am) and I immediately called Novel care . The staff (I think Jeremy was his name) was clearly sleeping when I called, but was more than happy to jump out of bed and help my family. He was very clear on the pricing, and told me he would arrive within an hour. He got to my house in good time, and went right to work. He fixed the issue and also tinkered with a few things that could cause issues in the future. He was extremely friendly, professional and trustworthy. I know next to nothing about boilers so I rely heavily on trust. Both times I've had NovelCare come to my house, I have just felt like I could really trust the staff and their expertise. That, to me, has been the big difference with NovelCare , and why I will continue to choose them! In fact they will have my ductless business as well in the summer!Fantastic experience
