Fast, friendly, professional service from Novel Care! installers Did great work installing our new boiler / water heater! They cleaned after themselves and left my home spotless. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Fran was super helpful in setting up the appointment and Sean did an excellent job installing our new ductless air conditioner and heat pump — even when he encountered some unexpected “surprises”. Timely, friendly and easy to deal with. Will definitely use Ductless air! again in the future.

We chose Novel Care because they were referred to us by our friend. Andrew came out even on Saturday to give us a quote. He is very knowledgeable and very detail with his quote.
Our installers did a very professional job with our new multi zone ductless air conditioner/ heat pump. Very patient in explaining about the installation process. We realized the difference in comfort just after running the new system for 12 hrs. The system runs very quietly.

We hired Novel Care for a very tricky commercial boiler replacement, replacing two 58 year old boilers in a space in an older Toronto building , plus adding number off ductless air conditioning as well. All there team member took the time to do a thorough estimate and work through all the details (a very "non standard" job) and Alan who lead the job was amazing. The folks in the office and the ones who installed the ductless Air conditioners were also super polite and professional. The attention to detail and pride these guys have in their trade definitely shows. We are happy to say that our gas bill is down by at least 1/3 with our new high efficiency boilers and the models that they chose fit great , Thanks team for your long hard work.

We became loyal clients of Novecare! when they replaced our broken boiler and decaying water heater on one of the coldest days of 2011. Since then, we have used their services for boiler cleaning/maintenance and have always received professional service.
Most recently (January 2020), we ran into some trouble after a major cold snap and our boiler. It had been operating perfectly throughout a -20 and below cold snap, essentially running non stop for over a week. I contacted the service department and had a tech arrive within an hour of my initial service call. Long story short, our flame sensor had worn out after almost 10 years of use, which our service tech, Jeff , said was very impressive. He replaced the sensor promptly and also took the time to do some preventative maintenance on the boiler. I wouldn't hesitate recommend Novel Care services to my friends and neighbours

This was a service and assessment of furnace , air conditioner and water heaters for insurance purposes. I was very impressed by There attention to detail and especially the time he took afterwards to explain the results to me face to face. Along the way they answered my several questions about pros and cons of replacement timing and category of product. Down to earth, honest, and reassuring.

Our furnace went on the fritz a few days before the recent cold snap. We phoned them on a Sunday morning and there tech arrived a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the furnace problems and offered a variety of solutions. He also pointed out that our humidifier was low quality and installed in the wrong location (which led to our furnace issues in the first place). Dean came over the next day, Monday, to save us weekend costs and quickly fixed our problems and installed a new humidifier. I would recommend them .

We had a new boiler and multi zone ductless air conditioner installed by novel care . They were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They walked us through all of the maintenance and use of the boiler and the ductless air conditioner. very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We've been very happy with the service Novel care has provided and all of the technicians we have dealt with.

Friendly, polite, helpful, and informative. It was easy to get an appointment set up for boiler installation, communication of all that was involved was excellent, and the work was done well and promptly with no hassle.

The two gentlemen who came to our home to install a new combo boiler and a ductless air conditioner were polite, congenial, competent and hard working. We could not have been more satisfied with the job they did. My husband and I would not hesitate to do business again with them and would happily recommend the company to friends and family.
