The people I spoke to in the office were very pleasant and acknowledged my questions as intelligent and answered them clearly. They gave a good description of what the service call might entail and what it would cost. I was very happy with the rates. Rick came promptly and was very knowledgeable. He gave us sound advice that corroborated information we already had. He helped us understand the advantages of a new boiler system and had comparable information that we can check out. Service plans were explained and I felt he had some great experience behind his advice. I appreciated his respectfulness and that he took off his shoes when entering our home. I would recommend this company to friends. He also explained their thirty day offer if we chose a new boiler. He explained each step of his service and overall he represented the company and the industry very well. Now we have heat again!! Thanks ?
