My purse, which contained my house keys, was taken by some theif. After getting over some of the shock, I called Tom who showed up to my house 20 MINUTES within my calling him,. He was very empathetic and really put my mind at ease with the new locks. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Tom!.

I had wonderful service from the first conversation with Tom on the phone, until installation. I had new locks installed on all of our exterior doors, which involved drilling new, larger holes for the locks, and putting them all on the same key. One of the locks that I had bought was defective, so Tom gave me a spare of his, and offered to return the defective lock to Home Depot for me! I'd definitely use Victory Locks again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Tom who returned my call early the next day. As our home was closing that day, from my end, I had to call Tom a couple of times to ensure his availability and then to confirm our appointment for that very day once our home officially closed. He always answered his telephone which is a notable trait.

Tom was so personable and quick and straightforward. Very refreshing nowadays! I also wanted an invoice which Tom promptly sent to me the next (Sunday) morning.

We will definitely be referring Tom to our friends as it's rare to find good service.

I was in the market for high security locks for my home. I contacted a few lock smiths but none were as professional as Tom from Victory Locks. He showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He advised me against spending a lot more money on multi lock systems as set me up with scorpion high security locks which are more effective and less expensive than multi lock systems. All the work was done on the spot. My children and I enjoyed his company as he was very knowledgable and showed us the installation step by step. I highly recommend his service. The key from the existing lock was lost, also we didn't like our old cheep lock installed by Builder. So we bought a new lock and called Victory Locks. The master arrived at scheduled day and time. The work was done quickly and with quality. The door was tuned to be closing nice and tight. We have also got three new keys at no extra charge. I will call them next time I need locksmith service.

Tom made a great first impression by answering my inquiry quickly. I was also happy to hear there was no extra charge for a Saturday visit (another locksmith had told me that a Saturday visit would cost extra). Tom showed up right on time, got our lock re-keyed and also put on a great lock on the back patio door. We enjoyed talking to him and were happy with his work. I would definitely call him again for any future work.

Tom was easy going, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived for the job 15 minutes early and put us at ease even though we were running late. He worked quickly to replace our locks, and even gave us a gift of a better deadbolt for free, because the deadbolt on the basement door was not worth rekeying. We cannot recommend Tom enough. As my husband commented, "Tom provides old fashioned, great quality service."

Tom was available on short notice and installed quality deadbolts, as requested. His quote was very reasonable and he stands by his work and products. He even fixed my "sticky" front door. Tom was very personable and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I would recommend him without question.

Arrived home at night from 10 hour drive to find our front door lock not working. Tom was here within 50 minutes, the door open within 10 more minutes and the problem was fixed within an hour. The cost seemed reasonable.

We were locked out of our house and called him late at night - he couldn't make it due to a commitment to another customer, but he gave us honest and extremely helpful advice over the phone. Would definitely call him for service if needed. Thanks for your help!
