I had a very good experience with The Electrical Works, installing a Tesla charger outside of my garage. The scheduling and implementation were very good, and the pricing was fair (I got competitive quotes which were similar). I would not hesitate to use them again for future work.
Today I had a burst pipe repaired (previous company did not show up in the fall to shut down my system), my system started up and had some sprinkler heads reconfigured. Service was excellent and friendly and I would definitely reccomend them.

I had wonderful service from the first conversation with Tom on the phone, until installation. I had new locks installed on all of our exterior doors, which involved drilling new, larger holes for the locks, and putting them all on the same key. One of the locks that I had bought was defective, so Tom gave me a spare of his, and offered to return the defective lock to Home Depot for me! I'd definitely use Victory Locks again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called ASAP to come and take a look at some leaks that have shown up in my home. An appointment was made for 5pm the next day. They did not show up that day (even after I called and he said he'd be there at 7pm), and I haven't heard from them since. End result: I left work early and still have leaks.
