My washing machine was stopping mid-cycle on New Year's Day. I called Atiar since he repaired my dryer a couple of years ago and did a great job. I sent a query to Atiar on New Year's Day, expecting a response the next day, but he responded to me in just a few hours. We set-up an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. When I mentioned some other issues with the washing machine, he opened it up and thoroughly looked into it. He advised that he could fix the issues but he would likely be showing up in 5-6 months to fix a major issue. He recommended it would be more economical to put the monies towards a new washing machine, rather than repair this one. I fully appreciated Atiar's honesty. Other repair technicians may have taken advantage of this situation but Atiar did not. Atiar came to my house the same day of my initial call to repair my dryer since it was making this loud noise. Unfortunately, a part needed to be order so came back a couple of days later. The dryer is now working perfectly. Thanks Atiar!
