This company is absolutely amazing. The quality of service is great. Highly recommended for alarms and especially the camera system. We are able to see the outside of our house from anywhere on Earth that has wifi.

LG washing machine broke down on a Sunday due to a worn out pump (did research on line to find this out). I called a few places and no one could come out same day or even within 3 days. Some places I called did not deal with LG and most were quite rude and abrupt on the phone. I called Appliance Repair Master and spoke to a very nice person who was very reassuring and gave really good advice. The technician actually came out the same day.....on a Sunday!! He was able to diagnose the problem quite quickly and gave us a price for the pump right on the spot. I thought I would have to wait a few days to have the part ordered and installed which is definitely not ideal especially since we rely on the washing machine daily. The part came the very next day and the technician (his name was Nick) came out again and fixed the machine. He was so polite and patient. The total turnaround time was 24hrs! Our machine is up and running great. We are delighted with the service we received from Appliance Repair Master and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Appliance Repair Master!

I was in the market for high security locks for my home. I contacted a few lock smiths but none were as professional as Tom from Victory Locks. He showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He advised me against spending a lot more money on multi lock systems as set me up with scorpion high security locks which are more effective and less expensive than multi lock systems. All the work was done on the spot. My children and I enjoyed his company as he was very knowledgable and showed us the installation step by step. I highly recommend his service. We had an interlocked driveway-walkway and concrete landing which was recently replaced by Elite Designed Concrete. The job was quite involved as we had to get a permit to complete the job. Raffy and Marcelo were both great to deal with. They always answer their cell phones and email. On a few occasions my email questions were answered at 10:30PM! Everyone who comes over to our house comments on how great the project turned out. This company really goes above and beyond to make their clients happy no matter what the issues are. I have had a tremendous amount of work done at my residence with various contractors and I must say the Elite people are among the best. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
