originally met Natanael through family as he had renovated their house - a beautiful renovation on time and ahead of schedule! We recently purchased a house that required an entire renovation, a total gut job. Some before pictures are included for reference. We asked Natanael to help us with renovating the main and second floors of the house for our own use, and prepping the basement so that it could be a separate unfinished apartment in the future. He met with us a few times to discuss what we'd like to do and what his ideas he had. We will say, that his ideas are always great and he's always right! He had great ideas on how to maximize the space so that everything would look great and the space practical at the same time. While it's hard to choose one room that we love the most we have received a lot of compliments on our new kitchen. The inside of the house was demo'd and built again. New framing, insulation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, stairs, skylight, windows, floors, everything! It was a very large project but we were comfortable with Natanael's work every step of the way. We met weekly to review the recently completed stages and discussed what would happen the next 1-2 weeks. Throughout the project, he always took the time to answer our questions and continued to provide helpful advice each step of the way. The project plan was 19 weeks and we actually moved in on week 19. We couldn't be happier with how the house turned out. We now living happily ever after in our forever house. It's also worth mentioning that our neighbours have all commented on how professional, hardworking and respectful he and his team are. We were only at the house on a weekly basis to meet with Natanael but we always had neighbours telling us how great they are. He and his team along with his subcontractors have done a fantastic job renovating the house. Natanael is extremely professional, straight forward, clear, definitely on time and on budget!
