John and his team are terrific. There were two modest jobs to do in our basement. They assessed the jobs with precision and completed them with excellence. We were very pleased with the results of our project. We gutted the existing bathroom, including the removal of a linen cupboard and converted a bathtub into a walk-in shower. The Oborne team were very reliable, punctual, polite and did a good job keeping the workspace clean. They did a great job with the tiling, making an extra effort to ensure the patterns flowed well across the wall and in the shower. The job did take longer than estimated, but the results were worth the wait.

Oborne Contracting did a fantastic job with our kitchen. They lowered the cabinets to a more convenient height, constructed filler to bridge the resulting gap, and put in a new hood. They took great care with all of the finishes, and left the work site very clean each day. The job was done quickly and at reasonable rates for time and materials. Got Oborne Contracting to install a dishwasher which included cabinet work, electrical and plumbing. Jeff was very professional in his approach on site and I couldn't have asked for a better job done. Considering the challenges of space constrain in installing the dishwasher Jeff went above and beyond in his 2 days on site and executed the job perfectly. The quote estimates were spot on and I will definitely be using Oborne for my next upgrade project.
