Our granddaughter had some friends playing and one of them ran into our closed Vista One retractable screen door. Door came off track and a small plastic catch was broken. Doug kindly stopped by. He got the door back on track and gave me a new catch and latch assembly and easy instructions on how to install it. Thanks Doug.

Just thought I'd say that Rand Electric fixed two electrical problems for us. One was a power panel inspection and light outlet replacement. The other was diagnosing and fixing a problem with a circuit that wasn't working despite the breaker not being thrown. On both occasions, the service was prompt and courteous and the tech explained everything very clearly. These are the guys to call for electrical service.

Overall A1 experience. Mark, a very pleasant and professional fellow, presented us with carpet options suited to our situation. Expert install done on time. Couldn't have been better. Thanks guys.

We are delighted with the results of our front yard renovation. Todd and the TWG crew were a pleasure to work with. Todd kept us up to date as to the timing of our project due to the many weather delays in 2017. Contract had many details to protect our interests and understanding. When our fridge's water supply was leaking, I checked Homestars and saw that MWAR had consistent 10 star reviews, so I contacted them. Oleg correctly diagnosed the problem, gave us a reasonable quote, ordered and installed a new valve and voila - no more leaking and ice maker back in business! Thank you Oleg. We know who to call for our appliance repairs from now on.

This is our second project with Rick. He renovated our ensuite bathroom a few years ago. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. Rick completed the project on time and within budget. He is always looking ahead to potential glitches (we had a few minor ones) and is great at coming up with solutions. His workmanship is A1. Having a kitchen reno is pretty disruptive to the household. Rick worked to minimize our inconvenience and ensured we had a semi functional kitchen throughout the project as much as possible. Thanks for your great work Rick. It was a pleasure dealing with you. We would highly recommend you for any home renovation. The photos don't really do justice to finished product. It's beautiful.

Royal Roofing replaced our roof recently. These guys did a great job. Quality workmanship, friendly and courteous team, excellent cleanup. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick and his team to anyone needing a new roof.

We're very pleased with our new bathroom. Rick and crew did a great job. They were friendly and kept things tidy with drop cloths to protect things and consistent vacuuming - easy people to have around for the duration of the project. Rick kept us apprised of progress and when plumbing, tiling and other phases were scheduled. There were a few minor setbacks, but Rick calmly dealt with them and our bathroom was finished on time and as quoted. Thanks to Hayden Renovations for a totally positive renovation experience. We would highly recommend them.

Wayne installed our TV on the wall over our fireplace. We couldn't be happier with the result and noted: 1) We had an older model mounting bracket which Wayne said would be fine… didn't try to sell us on the bracket he stocks. 2) Rather than staple an extension along the baseboard from our old cable outlet, Wayne ran a new line from the cable box in the basement. 3) He even helped us look for the mounting brackets for our sound bar, which I had misplaced. 4) As someone else noted here on Homestars, he left the place cleaner than it was before he arrived. 5) He even turned out all the lights in the basement before he left. 6) When I commented on what a great job he'd done, Wayne said "That's my thing… I do every job like I was doing it for myself". Wayne is a class act. We wish him and Homesmartz much success.
