We have been using the Poooh Busters now for over 6 years. Every week the reliably come and keep our yard clean. For us it's been a great value to have them out and we get to skip the stinky spring that would gross us out each year once things warm up. I was disappointed my regular repair company couldn't fix my LG washing machine, they told me that nobody other than LG would be able to do it because LG has stopped selling replacement parts to anybody other than their own repair people. That being said they did fix my washing machine on the first visit and it's been fine now for the last 2 months without problems. I knew the issue was a bad pump and I probably paid $65 more for the LG service than my regular person would have charged, but at least it's fixed.

Called Men in Kilts, we were putting our house up for sale and it was a busy time. One side of our house in particular had siding that wasn't looking that great so we wanted to get it cleaned, and also have some old christmas lights taken down that the previous owner had left up. The gentleman showed up on time and understood the directions, he got everything done quickly as well. Unfortunately about an hour after he left when the siding started to dry we were left with some awful black streaks, it looked like the cleaning just stirred up loose dirt causing it to drip down. I called up Men in Kilts to see if they would be able to come back and have a look, but didn't get a call back. About a week later I received a customer satisfaction survey call and I let them know about the problem, they said they would get back to me. About 3 weeks later they called back and told me they were putting a $20 credit on my account which was actually kind of insulting. Because the house was being listed I went to home depot and bought an extendable broom handle myself and scrubbed the siding for an hour to get it looking great.

I used Arpi's to come in and do maintenance in January on a furnace in a home I had just purchased. In the first visit they were able to diagnose a noise / problem with the blower fan and replaced the wheel, as well as replacing the motor capacitor which they said was out of spec. It was an expensive repair but I wanted everything brought up to spec. About 4 weeks later the furnace completely failed when I called them they asked me to wait 2 days for a repair because they wanted to ensure they sent the same technician as last time in case he had made a mistake. I was okay with this and we used space heaters for a few days, but then a different technician came so it made me feel like they were just giving me excuses to delay me. They then told me I needed a replacement motor which we paid for, again another expensive repair, but it happens. When I had a look at all of the parts that had been replaced, all of the service fees I realized that the pricing was quite out of line. Something like replacing the motor capacitor was a 5 minute job (I removed it and swapped the old one in myself when my heat died to see if it would help) and a $20 part (I later bought a spare to have on hand) and they charged me over $120 to complete this during the service visit I had already paid for. When it came time to do a new water heater and AC I decided to go with another company I found here on HomeStars and have been much happier with them. I also had another incident with an emergency plumbing leak and called Arpi's first, they told me it would be a few days to get a plumber out, so I was able to find the same company that did my AC / Water Heater and they were able to get me out someone same day at the emergency rate which I was happy to pay. Arpi's in my experience could get it fixed, but the value wasn't on par with other providers and response time wasn't what I needed.

They came to our place last week to fix our broken oven. When using it suddenly black smoke came pouring from the rear while it was in use and we shut it off right away. We knew there was a chance it was wasn't repairable. They unfortunately confirmed our fear, showed us how not just the board had been damaged but also the wiring as well. They gave us a reduced rate for the call and lots of advice on what the best replacement options were (looking for something that would last a long time). Really appreciated their professionalism and promptness.

Chris and Kyle installed a home AC system for me in May of this year. Even though we made a very last minute change to the placement of the outside compressor, moving it from the side yard to the back yard, they were really accommodating, friendly and helpful. The system has been really great and seems like it was sized perfectly and has been totally trouble free. The installation was done very quickly and they cleaned up behind themselves very meticulously as well. I've since also referred them to a friend that also had an installation done and they related a great experience to me also - I'll be using Williams from now on for all my home heating / cooling - thanks guys!

Jason did my inspection yesterday, I was really impressed with the detail of the job as well as with the tools he used. He made very thorough use of the thermal camera. He noticed right away a small dark spot on the stucco and spent the time to track down how the water was coming in under the exterior, he was able to find an entry point for water from a second floor window that needed repairs. He gave a great deal of education throughout the inspection and made sure to thoroughly check the entire roof and made entry into the attic to ensure it was properly insulated. I would recommend Home Alyze, having a construction background myself I was impressed with the knowledge and thoroughness they brought to the task.
