Called Terry Overhead Door this morning. Spoke to very friendly young lady who arranged for Terry to come by and repair our garage door. Terry arrived quickly and noticed that repairs done by another company were improper and repaired those issues at no cost to me. Needed my water heater replaced so called Reliance and they sent Mark Cooper to do the job next day. Mark called prior to arriving and made sure to wear his boot protectors in the house. He removed the old water heater with no mess and quickly installed the new one. Mark took the time to explain the new tanks features and showed me how it operates. He also offered the various service plans that Reliance offers. Mark should be the model Reliance uses when training and evaluating their other technicians. Great attitude, great work , great job. We hired North Floors Direct for the third time ! They installed hardwood on the upper floor for us. Ben came and gave us a great price and sent Ivan and his crew to install. Ivan is a great installer who takes great care. Ben is the consummate gentleman who does everything to ensure the customer is satisfied. Great job again guys! I hired Royal Mouldings to instal crown mouding and instal custom trim work. Eddie came and gave us a very fair estimate and offered ideas and suggestions to make our home look terrific. The installation crew of Ilya and Edward were punctual, friendly, attentive and had a keen sence of wanting to do a great job. We cannot say enough good things about the installers. When asked for their opinion on how to do some detail work they would give us ideas based on their considerable experience and always were careful in their work as they had to work around a home full of furnishings. For anyone looking to hire a truly professional company that really cares about their clients I would urge them to make an appointment with Eddie.
