Needed my water heater replaced so called Reliance and they sent Mark Cooper to do the job next day. Mark called prior to arriving and made sure to wear his boot protectors in the house. He removed the old water heater with no mess and quickly installed the new one. Mark took the time to explain the new tanks features and showed me how it operates. He also offered the various service plans that Reliance offers. Mark should be the model Reliance uses when training and evaluating their other technicians. Great attitude, great work , great job.
