We ordered windows in March 2018. They came to install them in Jun 2018 only to find out, by the installer, that they were the wrong size. They never called to tell us they were re-ordered. I gave them a week to call us to apologize and confirm the windows were re-ordered. I had to call them and the woman that took our call was rude. She certainly needs training on how to deal with customers. I called back several times to get the status, because apparently it was a “rush order”. One day, I got a voice mail telling me they should be in soon. On 20th Aug we received a call telling us the new windows were never ordered and that they would send someone over to re-measure the windows. We were told it would be rush order “again”, would take 3-4 weeks, and guess what ...NOTHING as of today. Furthermore, they didn’t realize that I also have one of my rental property done by them and after many calls from my business partner inquiring about the rebate and why it takes so long to receive it.... yes, you guessed it... they forgot to send it. If there were numbers below zero for rating customer service, that’s the rating I would give them.
However, I will give the installer (Andrew) thumbs up!
Whoever will do the Company response, don’t apologize... it’s way too late, and you seriously need to review the way to do business.
