Amazing service. Chose them because of great reviews and did not disappoint. Price was amazing, quality of repair and customer service was incredible. We had questions which they answered honestly and professional. Almost hope garage door breaks again so we can work with them (lol).

Had a door cable break trapping our car in the garage. Called a few companies but either were closed or wanted excessive fees to come after 5 PM. Called Terry Overhead Door who said they could be here by 7 PM and they do not charge over there normal fee for typical evening work. Very nice people to deal with and they got the job done professionaly and our door was operational again. Highly recommend this company.

Called Terry Overhead Door this morning. Spoke to very friendly young lady who arranged for Terry to come by and repair our garage door. Terry arrived quickly and noticed that repairs done by another company were improper and repaired those issues at no cost to me. We had Terry come over to have a look at both garage doors to check about having the doors properly sealed & to look into installation of a second door opener (we only had one in the beginning ). Terry accessed our needs,installed a door opener & sealed both doors to prevent the outside elements from continuing to enter our garage. We later used Terry again to replace an older existing door opener. We have been very pleased with Terry's patience in explaining any questions concerning our garage door needs now & in the future. Terry is very professional in knowledge & expertise & we would highly recommend Terry for all your garage door concerns.

Terry and his team was one of the most professional and honest contractors my wife & I have come across, we have had bad luck in the past with door guys (actually contractors in general). It is hard to find good contractors that do what they say they are going to do. The price for the repair was competitive and fair and even came back to make sure things were operating to our satisfaction. They also fixed a latch that wasn't on the order and didn't charge us extra. Very impressed and will be using them again.
