His quotes are all inclusive and include removal and disposal of old floor, transitions and baseboard. Him and his crew work fast and diligently with a great eye for details and finish. I have used them many times for a reason and would not hestiate to use again.

Called Cosmopolian for both duct and chimney cleaning and they sent out two different technicians. Both were punctual, timely, courteous, and professional. Hasan Ather in particular was very friendly and informative about our situation. Would recommend without hesitation.

Zaid helped me out with a move from a North York condo to a home in Mississauga. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances I had to do the move in two parts. Both times Zaid was professional, punctual, and did not waste any time in both the condo and the house. He quickly disassembled and assembled whatever furniture was required and even got our sofa down some very narrow stairs! Highly recommended for any move.

Called Atiar on Thursday about a dishwasher leak that was troubling us. He came the very next day exactly on time. Diagnosed the problem incredibly quickly, showed us exactly what he needed to do and had the part on hand in his van to fix it right away. Not only did he fix it at an incredibly reasonable price but also made sure to test that the dishwasher was working correctly. He even pulled the dishwasher back out to fix a problem and tested it all again. Highly recommended to anyone.

Our condo stated flooding because of a leak behind our dishwasher. These people charged a 99 dollar fee to come out which is a bit pricey but whatever. But the guy they sent did nothing more than open the cabinet door under the sink and proclaim that it would cost close to 600 dollars more for him to do anything more. At this point he didn't even KNOW what the problem was as the cause was obviously behind the built in dishwasher but he needed that amount of money to proceed? For 99 bucks the least I would expect him to do is pull out the dishwasher (not a hard thing to do. Even I can do that) and see what the problem ACTUALLY IS. 99 bucks down the drain which is really hard to take as we need to find the money to fix the flooring of our home that was damaged by the water. The guy on the phone I called to complain was at least polite but that's the only good thing I can say. Avoid this company.
