After 6 moves with my favorite movers, this one went as perfect as all the others. The movers were insanely fast, carfeul, kind and took very good care of our properties and belongings. They are soooo efficient! New for us this move was adding the majority of our stuff into their storage and it was totally effortless - they tetris skills are also on point because they fit our stuff into a smaller space than expected! I needed to add to my storage and they made magic happened and scheduled 2 moves in 4 days - UNREAL! Thanks so much guys - we can’t wait for the next one in just a few months!

I had an A/C / Nest emergency in the middle of a heatwave (in the fall!). Not only did Ed answer his phone, he came straight to our issue in Toronto from St. Catharines only a couple of hours after our call. It was an easy seamless experience - he also texted me to give me an ETA closer to our appointment time. He arrived, was very knowledgeable, friendly, fast and efficient. In fact, he solved an issue that three other "experts" missed which is what caused our problem. I would not call or worth with anyone else - hands down. Thank you Ed for the amazing service and for finally solving our long standing issue. I have used Cargo Cabbie (Javier and his team) three times and every time was a flawless move. Their attention to detail and respect for our belongings are unlike anything we have ever seen. Their trucks are spot less and the roll out the "blue carpets" to protect everything. Today I gave Javier a call to hire a couple of movers to move a bathtub upstairs - without hesitation he said what time can we be there and we didn't have to lift a finger. He also charged us NOTHING for the move. Now that's what I call incredible customer service. Thank you Javier for all your do - we literally can't wait to work together again! Remember people - It's expensive to be cheap!! You get what you pay for.

3rd move on 3 years and Cargo Cabbie keeps getting better and better. Not sure what else to say other than I trust them with everything I own. The team is respectful, courteous, professional, fast and extremely efficient. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their trucks are spotless. What a great experience! My appointment was booked on a Sunday aroudn MY busy schedule (not theirs!) and the person on the phone was so kind and pleasnat to deal with. The technician arrived on time, with a smile! He was very friendly, and educated us on everything we needed to know to make an informed decision. A+++++ experience, keep up the great work!

Cargo Cabbie moved us from our house to a condo 6 months ago, and now just moved us back to a house! As soon as we bought the house I called Javier to manage our move. They are the ONLY movers I would trust. I have moved 18+ times and I have never seen such care for my belongings, professionalism, cleanliness and friendly movers in my life. They arrived on time, wrapped very piece of furniture I own, and took extra care of the more breakable pieces. They didn't scratch one wall, and always spotted each other not to hit light fixtures, trim, and baseboards. The army (not view - army: I had 5 guys show up from my move) worked for over 8 hours and were still smiling at the end of the day. They are truly the best in Toronto and if you care about your things and home, and value peace of mind - I would strongly urge you to call them - you can thank me later :)

I moved into a new home and had a seized faucet in my master shower. I looked up local pumpers and Gus was the ONLY one who answered his phone. WIthin 2 hours he was at my house letting me know what the issue was, and proposed ways we could fix it which would be the most cost effective for me. His honestly, efficiency and professionalism are so much appreciated. He is very skilled and knowledgeable and has a ton of integrity. Gus is the person I will call anytime i have plumbing issues - he's a great guy!

From estimate to work completion - the experience was seamless, professional, efficient and incredibly easy. Myriam was so responsive and fully educated me on what the service entailed - she was also in contact when her crew was working on my house. Her crew was professional, very kind and told me everything I needed to know during the cleaning. I will hire them every year going forward - AMAZING service! Thanks guys, talk soon!

Let me preface this review with - Thank goodness we went to UpCountry! From the moment we stepped into the store, we were treated with the utmost respect and really felt appreciated. I must also add that our pug Ouzo was also welcomed with opened arms. We dealt with David Craig who was professional, courteous, insanely knowledgeable and he gracefully managed our expectations with regards to our order and delivery. We are in love with our new leather sofa from Argentina, we know this because David gave us a full history lesson about our purchase, which is a great conversational piece when we are entertaining friends and family. We recently had a slight issue with the piece, which David rectified from the moment he heard the news - he went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and more than satisfactory experience. WHITE GLOVE MOVING SERVICE - WITH A SMILE :o) I have moved numerous times over the years and this was by far the best service I have ever received. Javier and his team nailed it from the smile behind the online form I filled out. The movers were on time, incredibly friendly, SO careful with my things and the truck was spotless. Johnny and Matt came to do the duct cleaning and were absolutely unbelievable! They were on time, very professional, courteous, thorough and walked me through each step that was going to happen. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND their job, and I appreciated their honesty and trustworthiness. 5 Stars all around, would definitely recommend to anyone!
