Artisan Air

Khaleel is excellent to deal with. He replaced my air conditioner a few years ago and then inspected my furnace today. He is very quick to respond, very timely in his service, good price, and most importantly does high quality work. I highly recommend!

I contacted Khalil in 2019, for a repair serviced with my heating system. He came and checked it, took his own time to get the parts that's needed (didn't charged me for picking up the parts) and fixed the problem. In 2022 I contacted Khalil once again to install me a new centralize AC unit and I asked his advise on what AC unit will be great for our home considering his expertise my home is ever cooler in the summertime. Never had a problem with his serviced and will definitely the only one I will contact for this matter.

There was a heat wave and my central a/c wasn't working, no cold air coming into the house and the pipes from outside icing over. Khaleel told me to turn it off so that the ice melts and he can examine the system. He found that the inside-home unit had to be replaced and he replaced it the same day. Very professional and courteous service.

We were little afraid of all the work that needed to be done but we are very happy that we found Artisan Air Heating and Air Conditioning. This company is all you may want when needing some installation or repair work. Very quick response time when asking for a quotation and setting a date of the work. Khaleel was exactly on time with prior messaging confirming his coming. He performed his work very quickly and to our total satisfaction. Also, what is important he knew what he was doing (people that used contractors before know what that means). Explained few things during the work, used top class parts and equipment.
The job was well done. The price we paid was very good and exactly as quoted. There was no hidden/additional cost that are so often added at the last minute.
On top of the very excellent work performed Khaleel called us few hours later checking if all was good. How many contractors do that??? Thank you Khaleel, we will recommend you any time.
