I called in a new heating expert after I had the blower motor in my condo heat pump replaced. I soon discovered a very cheap blower motor was used and that I had paid double what I should have. I followed up with Cozy Comfort and was advised that the soonest they could come was 4 days later and that they would ‘try’ to be here that day and would call me to let me know if they could come. It is winter. When I called them to initially come, they had no problem arriving quickly. However, it still took over a week for them to find the substandard blower motor at that time. Now, when it came to following up on the quality of the work, they seemed far less interested.

This is the owner of Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. and I'm well aware of the situation at your condo. This is a heat pump that was not installed by my company and we were initially called to your residence for a service call for no heat. Our technician's initial diagnosis was that your blower motor was burnt out and needed to be replaced. There is only one type of motor that fits your specific unit and we replaced it according to the manufacturer's guidelines. It was brought to my attention that your unit is working fine and you do have heat especially now that it is winter. You took it upon yourself to call another company who gave you a diagnosis which I believe may be faulty. We have already scheduled our technician to come in on Tuesday the 19th of February and re-diagnose the problem at no extra charge to you. We stand behind the quality of our technicians work and if there are any problems with the repair we will remedy the issue immediately.
