Last weekend, their technician came to our restaurant to check if the brand-new gas stove that was leaking gas, which we could smell. It was very kind of him to call us a few minutes before he came to make sure we were ready for him. In a short amount of time, he was able to fix the leak. I was happy with the service and the way I was treated.

At home, my mom's Fagor freezer broke down. When I have problems like this, I call an Appliance Repair Expert. This time, I did the same thing. The problem was fixed by a pro, and now everything works. Thank you, my mom was happy. The Thermador fridge doesn't do anything at all. When we went to the first service, they told us to throw it out and buy a new one. I didn't want to spend that much money, so I went to an appliance repair expert. The men there did a miracle and brought it back to life! Now it feels like it's brand new. Thank you!

Had trouble with my fridge was told it needed to be replaced compressor was done. I unplugged the fridge and then got it going again working just like new. No response from company

$89 estimate fee waived.
Sensor replaced. Now main circuit board faulty. New board 250 plus labour.
No credit for sensor or not fixing dryer.
Money down proverbial drain.

lousy service customer service sucks waited 5 weeks for part and technician couldn't fix washer was here 2 times . son fixed with 17.00 dollar part and he doesn't evan have a pluming degree . dont't waste your money calling these people

I call in to inquire about the washer repair service, I was offered $30 discount for new customer so I book an expert. The expert came in look at my washer at first he said the filter was dirty and asked me to wash and clean it which I did. Then he still cant make the washer to work and told me that the parts that has problem will take 4 months to order and will cost at least $250. He suggested to just replace the washer. The whole process took him only 15-20 mins. He asked for my payment, I gave my visa without question as I am still in disbelief of the kind of service. After after a few minutes, I check my visa balance and saw $98.79 charges
which is more than what I expected. I was promised $80 fee less $30
discount. I really felt dissatisfied with the service.
