I contacted Sergei to help resolve an issue with the washing machine. It would not drain properly (or finish a cycle) causing the clothes to be saturated. Alek came by to diagnose and fix the problem. Not only did Alek thoroughly check and validate all components as part of the diagnostic, he took whatever time was required to get it right. He was very transparent and communicated with me at all times on what he was doing and what diagnostics he was running. He did find the problems and replaced the defective parts. The machine is working perfectly and am so glad I found Sergei Appliance Service and will definitely use them again in the future. It is very difficult to find honest repair services - Sergei is one of those that everyone should trust to provide reliable and affordable services.

Out of frustration from the first technician who failed to properly diagnose our refrigirator's problem and not calling back for his failed job; I googled and found SAS, rating and reviews are good. Didnt bother to check his review in Homestars as that's where I get the first technician from..not directly though. In other words just piggybacking from a legit homestars trade.

I messaged the SAS and had a few back and forth exchange. Sergie responded even before agreeing to get his services. HE FIXED OUR REF without effort. Replaced the RIGHT PART. This time someone got it right without too much drama!
Although cost me twice, next appliance breakdown definitely wont hesitate to get Sergei again!!!
