Jennair gas/electric oven not heating up properly. Vivek answered my call, purchased a replacement part and installed it within 24 hours after testing and explaining what was wrong (no electric current going through heating element). Very happy with his work and will definitely use JK Appliance Repair in future.

Excellent experience. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem over the phone. He unplugged the drainage tubes and cleaned them out. Instead of telling me it was cheaper to replace the fridge. Highly recommended for honest assessment and resolution of your appliance problem.

My dishwasher wasnt draining. The problem was diagnosed, the pump was replaced, the dishwasher was cleaned and reset.
