Mr. Furnace

Prior to selecting Mr Furnace I got an estimate from two other companies. The only salesperson that impressed us was Cory from Mr. Furnace. He was very thorough and was very knowledgeable about the heating and cooling industry. He did not pressure us and came back a few times. The technicians Ryan, Jay and Everet were prompt, professional and worked straight through the long hot day until 8:00 pm to make sure we could use our AC. They cleaned up very well and were thorough with informing us on the install and maintenance instructions. We were able to change our install date easily and the staff were very friendly and professional. The following day we had a question and Ryan responded promptly. It was a very positive experience dealing with Mr. Furnace.

Over the last 34 years, I have bought (for three different houses) five new furnaces, five new A/Cs, several water heaters, a HEPA Filter, a humidifier and several maintenance agreements from Randy Norton at Mr. Furnace. The most recent purchase was June 29th, 2016 i.e. furnace, A/C and tankless water heater. I feel well qualified to say that Randy Norton is the best in the business! I am delighted that he has returned to Mr. Furnace. I trust his wealth of knowledge and have never been disappointed in all the years I have done business with him. Over the last 34 years, I have never encountered a service person or staff person (a shoutout to Donna) from Mr. Furnace who was not courteous, efficient, and personable. Most recently, Tom and Jay installed a new furnace, A/C and tankless water heater over two days. They were very quietly efficient, very polite, very knowledgable and also very patience in teaching about the new equipment. Excellent overall and many thanks!

Called June 30th, 2016 to cancel my service.... june 5th, still waiting for it to be cancelled. Need to pay for the one time Mr Furnace came for a diagnosis even though I should be entitled to two maintenance per term as noted behind their contract...so really, that's not insurance. I was put on hold many times, I can't count and I asked for a copy of the cancellation via email and she said yes...sounds good right? When I asked if she had my email before I hung up, she didn't have it. Good grief....I wonder if I'll ever get this cancelled.

I finally got an answer on how to fix my AC issue in my home. For I had the new furnace installed after having some home reno's 5 yrs ago. Unfortunately the man selling me the unit didn't do his homework and make sure I had sufficient space to install a cold air return on 2nd fl therefor my a\c doesn't keep my upstairs cool and I continue to use window units which was the reason I purchased the ac in the first place. So Now im looking at another expense to cool my upstairs. He suggested a ductless split. This could have been avoided had the man looked at my old unit and space and configured things properly. So I'm truly not happy with the company in general but give Kenny 5 stars. The company I give 3 stars for you more often than not cancel my booking and inconvenience me

Both technicians Tom & Brian were very courteous in dealings with me answering my questions, telling me how to go about dealing with the new equipment and cleaning up when the job was completed. The whole job of replacing both pieces of equipment was completed in one day. I would wholeheartedly recommend both of these technicians and in fact your whole company.

Excellent Service by Technician Kenny Holt. Very personable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him and would like to have Kenny do our Furnace inspection in the Fall prior to Heating Season. His assistant CJ was very helpful and knowledgeable as well.
The Service and after work cleanup was scheduled and performed right on time. Very pleased overall.

Mr. Furnace technician came on time and did the yearly service of our central air conditioner. Our thermostat was not functioning properly, and was replaced. All is good. We are well satisfied.

What a wonderful service man. On time, pleasant, polite and went over and beyond. Very satisfied. I am very happy with this service call. Would recommend this company to others.

I was not to sure about Mr Furnace, as they had charged my credit card the full amount before starting the job.
The installation was done all in one day, the installers were very good, they did everything, my old hot water heater was not to code so I got in touch with Reliance service who I had the hot water heater with for last 5 years came in, and took one look said I need a h0le in the wall for the vent, and left, apparently they don't do holes for venting, and explained everything to me in great detail.
It also cost me $337 + HST to get out of there contract.
So you people out there be careful, i just had a very expensive experience, over $6000.00
