Mr. Furnace

Two installers did an incredible job in removing our old furnace and air conditioner and installing new and updated equipment all in one day. They were a delight to have in the house, clean, neat and tiny, explained what was going on, asked about placement of equipment and when the job was complete mse sure we knew about the changes, and the workings of our new furnace and air conditioner.

The salesman had earlier spent a full morning with us - he had sold us the equipment being replaced - letting us know our options .

The original equipment we had purchased and the service we had received maintaining it - it was still functioning - made it easy to return to Mr. Furnace.

The installers did a fantastic job installing the new product. I was told by the salesman that it would be a two day install and they completed the job the same day. The installers very personable and explained the new system to our satisfaction. I am very impressed with all of the services I have had with Mr. Furnace.

Fantastic sales and service. Very informative and professional. The service and installation exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Mr. Furnace to anyone who needs to upgrade their furnace or central air.

installers and mtce staff were professional and friendly, answered all questions, called to let us know they were on their way and arrived promptly. I would recommend Mr Furnace to any potential customer.

I would like to thank Cory Hoffer for helping out in the right selection of our new furnace & Ac units. In my opinion he was extremely knowageable about everything concerning the products and finaceing. Considering that it was an emergency on Sunday Jan.24/16 around 6:30pm, everything was done eg. explanation, finaceing, and installation set-up by 10:00pm. Next morning the installers showed up at 9:00 am as promised, worked hard all day tearing out the old and installing the new units, even asked permission (from boss and ) if I would mined if they stayed late to COMPLETLY finish the install (7-7:30pm) I was very IMPRESSED with the cleanness, effort and the WORKMANSHIP. Needless to say I am enjoying the heat and am sure to expect the same comfort in the summer with the AC. Again THANK YOU ALL INVOLVED VERY MUCH. (ps. My Wife is HAPPY TOO, LOL)

I was having an issue with my furnace pilot so called in mr furnace , they stated there was a 140 dollar fee to come out and diagnose the issue. Took the service tech 1 hour 20 to get to my house after getting lost , upon arrival he stated it was the pilot light being dirty , so once he cleaned that and out a small little ground wire on the pilot the problem was solved , he than tried selling me a new unit as they alway do , the tech was extremely slow well doing his repair , what should have taken a half hour took him almost an hour , so after getting it running he tried informing me he had to scope it , which I stated it had just been done on the annual inspection. He than Mae me sign a waiver which was fine but than handed me the bill ,
140 for service call
250 for the repair ,
With taxes and everything is came to 416 dollars ,
I thought that was kind of steep but was stuck paying the bill seeing the work was all done . After he left I called a few other companies to get a price and it was no more than 250 to do the same repair ,these folks are absolute con artists and I wouldn't reccomend anyone using them .
