I had a great rep by the name of Kenny Holt service my A/C I finally got an answer on how to fix my AC issue in my home. For I had the new furnace installed after having some home reno's 5 yrs ago. Unfortunately the man selling me the unit didn't do his homework and make sure I had sufficient space to install a cold air return on 2nd fl therefor my a\c doesn't keep my upstairs cool and I continue to use window units which was the reason I purchased the ac in the first place. So Now im looking at another expense to cool my upstairs. He suggested a ductless split. This could have been avoided had the man looked at my old unit and space and configured things properly. So I'm truly not happy with the company in general but give Kenny 5 stars. The company I give 3 stars for you more often than not cancel my booking and inconvenience me
