I was not to sure about Mr Furnace, as they had charged my credit card the full amount before starting the job. The installation was done all in one day, the installers were very good, they did everything, my old hot water heater was not to code so I got in touch with Reliance service who I had the hot water heater with for last 5 years came in, and took one look said I need a h0le in the wall for the vent, and left, apparently they don't do holes for venting, and explained everything to me in great detail. It also cost me $337 + HST to get out of there contract. So you people out there be careful, i just had a very expensive experience, over $6000.00
