Mr. Furnace

Tom and Matt arrived, as promised, the day after we placed our order, to install our new furnace and air conditioner. They were courteous, friendly, took the time to explain what they were doing and went out of their way to keep the work site neat and tidy. We were amazed and impressed that they completed the job in one day without unduly disrupting our daily routine. Well done, Mr Furnace!

Kenny attended our home to check the cleanliness and functioning of our A/C and furnace. He was polite, informative, efficient and professional. He informed me of the general nature of his work and answered any specific questions I posed to him before I left part way through his visit. Upon completion of his work, he settled the acccount with my spouse and departed. Everything was accomplished to our satisfaction in a reasonable span of time. Kenny is an asset to Mr. Furnace.

We had a great experience from beginning to end and are so glad we called Mr. Furnace to look after our needs. Ryan, CJ and Lino were all very professional, friendly and hard working. Ryan communicated the steps they were taking to complete the job and all three were very knowledgeable in their work. It was a big job because of the way our old system had been set up, and they never showed any frustration or doubt that it would be done correctly. Brian was also great when he came out to talk to us about our needs and options when our AC broke in the middle of the heatwave. I would highly recommend Mr. Furnace to anyone. CJ and Kenny installed our air conditioner. Both young men were very personable and hard workers. The heat in our home was extreme and they worked without complaint. We really appreciated the same day service. Randy explained all the options and helped us choose the best unit. I would recommend Mr. furnace to anyone interested in purchasing an air conditioning unit. Thank you.

Rick came out to clean and check my furnace and install a new filter from the time he came in the door until the time he left, he was so professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the just right plan to me and said I don't have to worry about a thing. We will contact you in the soring to check the AC unit and again in the fall to check the furnace. Thank goodness for Randy's jingle over the years that when I needed a furnace and AC that jingle popped in my head. I encourage anyone to call Mr furnace today ??

Both installers were very professional and polite. At the end of the installation, everything is neater and cleaner than when they started. We are very pleased with the installation and appreciate the extra effort that was put in due to the configuration of the system. Thanks guys.

Through the entire process from my initial inquiry to the eventual installation of a new air conditioner and furnace in my house, I found everyone associated with Mr. Furnace to be extremely professional and helpful. Randy was very thorough in communicating the options available and took the time to answer any questions my wife or I had. C.J. and Everett installed both units over the course of two days. Both individuals were very friendly and hard workers!

From the original service call, to the Sales meeting, to the installation, everything was handle quickly, efficiently and professionally. Each representative who came to my home was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were here over 12 hours, not wanting to leave until the job was done. It was fabulous service all around!

Furnace and AC replaced the next day, quick on time and as quoted.
Ryan and Kenny worked all day and got my new system up and running flawlessly.

My annual AC service was just completed - Kenny Holt was the technician -- just a quick note to say he was prompt, efficient and very pleasant - as well as non-intrusive -- good job !!!
